PayPal have been good at sorting disputes out on my...

PayPal have been good at sorting disputes out on my behalf when there's been issues with purchases or the seller, also the pay in installments is very helpful splitting the costs as I have to buy medical stuff for my diabetic dog and spreading the cost helps a great deal. PayPal have refunded me when I've not received goods

PayPal have helped me by refunding my money when I've purchased but not received the items on a few occasions also sorted out a subscription i cancelled it had, and I thought I'd cancelled with the company, it also allows me to purchase and pay in installments which helps me a lot. Only downside but not major, app could do with a little tweak with navigating the app in places but overall I can't complain. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2026
