We aim to provide a transparent service, and we understand how frustrating it can be when the final figures do not align with your expectations. Regarding the interest on our loans, Lendable offers risk-based pricing, which means interest rates are determined by an individual’s credit profile and affordability assessment at the time of application. Once a loan agreement is signed, the interest rate remains fixed for the duration of the term. In relation to early settlements, our policy follows standard industry regulations. When a loan is paid off early, we do not provide a "discount" on the original loan amount; however, customers typically save on the future interest that would have accrued had the loan run its full term. Any final settlement figure is calculated to include the remaining principal and any interest accrued up to the settlement date, in line with the Consumer Credit Act.
