Couldn’t use PP Debit for a month

Card declined and I couldn’t use the service for a month even after speaking to what seems like every department on the phone. Then one day it’s working again, I didn’t get a follow up to say what was wrong or anything. Now today I wake up with another decline when there’s clearly money in my connected account.
