Late payment account being resolved.

When I had my concerns about my PayPal account,it was easy to talk to an agent and he had an excellent customer service and answered my queries which I was worried about. The good thing that still exist in PayPal is that they have someone you can talk with some issues related to your account,not an autobot or chat bot. I have nothing against AI but it is a overall wonderful experience,I.just hope that PayPal would keep there customer service agent in place and not be replaced by AI chatbot or chatbox.
