'Pay in 3' takes away some financial pressure!

Great problem solving skills evidenced from Paypal customer service! I cannot fault Paypals App and the 'Pay in 3' service option gives the customer a nice little breathing space and relieves some of the financial pressures that the rising cost of living has caused over the past year or so.
