I can no longer use PayPal app when trying to pay fo...

I can no longer use PayPal app when trying to pay for something on line, it keeps telling me to scan I can't don't have scan on phone, yet I open up the PayPal app to go into account and it recognises my face and opens up you've made it so difficult for older generation to use it's very user unfriendly when I spoke with customer service they gave me the brush off felt like they were saying tough luck get on with it Reviewed on: 1st May 2026
