PAYPAL BUYER BEWARE

In my country you have certain protections when you buy products and services online. The problem with Paypal is that when you use their services you assume that you have the same protections, actually you don't. Paypal charges extortionate currency conversions too. So you are paying Paypal more, for less protections and online there are a lot of companies that will try to scam you. My advice is to choose any of the competitors because if you ever do have a problem, they are more likely to help you. Paypal does nothing to help if you have any issues. I have used them in the past but after my recent experience I won't be using them again unless I have no other choice. Reviewed on: 1st May 2026
