Convenient but needs better customer support

I’ve used PayPal Credit for a while now and it’s been convenient for spreading the cost of purchases, especially for larger items. The application process was straightforward and payments are easy to manage through the app, which is a plus. However, when things don’t go smoothly, the customer service can be quite frustrating. Response times can be slow and it’s not always easy to get a clear or consistent answer. This can make resolving issues more stressful than it needs to be. Overall, it’s a useful service for flexibility, but improvements in communication and support would make a big difference to the experience. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2026
