good scheme but missing functionalities

This is a good scheme but it's missing some basic functionalities. In example I have missed a payment, but nowhere on the app or website does mention it or allow me to pay it - any payments made, even over the minimal+missed amount, don't go toward the missed payment. Same with buying something using paypal credit, you agree on let's say 3 months with 0% apr, then having to pay apr. but if the purchase balance is only a part of your total balance, there is no way to make sure the money you pay back goes directly to that purchase to avoid apr increasing. it goes towards the general balance.
