Easy, flexible and reassuring

PayPal is simple to use and gives me confidence when buying online. On the very rare occasion I need support, there is always someone on hand to help, which is reassuring. I really like the interest-free options, as they make it easier to spread the cost of larger purchases over a few months without being tied into fixed payments. I know I can repay the full amount in one go, split it into a few payments, or make extra ad hoc repayments whenever it suits me. The repayment process is very straightforward, so I always feel in control of what I owe and when I want to pay it back. I also like the rewards points earned on purchases, which are a nice added bonus. Overall, PayPal feels convenient, flexible and reliable. Reviewed on: 5th May 2026
