Awful customer service

I was scammed 3 times in 2 mins on a fake website that used a pop up PayPal authorisation which looked legitimate I was scammed for 3 x £4.99 payments which turned out to be 3 x £99 payments and it’s clear to see it’s from the same website. in confidence I contacted PayPal who refunded me for the first transaction as they agreed I had been scammed by authorising the payment. However they still refuse to refund me for the other two transactions as they say I authorised them. They are right. I did authorise them on a false PayPal pop up. Whereby I was scammed. Why can’t they refund me for all three when it’s clear I was scammed. I have called, emailed, complained but they still won’t reimburse me. Awful service Reviewed on: 5th May 2026
