I have contacted PayPal customer service via Tue Pay...

I have contacted PayPal customer service via Tue PayPal app. The stops is helpful and polite. However, the problem did not solved immediately and the answer is quite vague. I need to wait and do not understand what's going on. Finally, the problem solved by itself. I think it's better for the staff to have more product knowledge.
