Perfect pay in 3, horrendous customer service

The pay in 3 option is great, no hidden fees and you can choose to make a payment early if you want however, when something goes wrong, such as an unauthorized transaction that you didnt make, the customer service team just brush you off and say there isn't anything suspicious so I would recommend not keeping your card details on there just to be safe and ensure this wont happen to you. A Customer Service with not so common sense

On one occasion my account was charged $15 USD for "Escort services". I never authorized any transaction in USD or for that kind of service. PayPal refused to take action claiming there was "no suspicious activity" about the transaction. Reviewed on: 5th May 2026
