I’ve been using PayPal as my primary payment method for 18 years, and looking back, it has been one of the most consistent digital tools in my life. Since 2008, while the internet has changed drastically, PayPal has remained my "old reliable" for everything from eBay finds to professional invoicing. What Stands Out: Security & Peace of Mind: In nearly two decades, I’ve never had a security breach. Their buyer protection has saved me more than once when an item didn’t show up or wasn’t as described. Knowing my full credit card details aren't being shared with every random site I visit is a huge relief. I’ve watched them evolve from a basic checkout button to a full-service financial hub. Whether it’s the mobile app, OneTouch checkout, or the ability to pay in installments, they’ve stayed ahead of the curve. As someone who shops internationally and works with people across borders, the ease of currency conversion and instant transfers is unmatched. Having a centralized history of my spending for almost 20 years is incredibly helpful for budgeting and tracking down old receipts. Reliability is rare in tech. Many platforms come and go, but PayPal has earned my trust through sheer longevity and consistent performance.
