Excellent service on the whole

Excellent service. Credit is very frustrating.; I bought an item on ebay and chose a payment plan over 18 months visa direct debit. I also took out 0% interest over 4 months for another purchase. I paid off £120 to what I thought was the 0% interest bill but it took it off the payment plan I'd set up. Really not happy about that. Very complicated and I have to call to pay off the one I want...... Very inconvenient! Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
