More work is required to make this a go to Bank

The interface is confusing and there is a lag between adding and removing funds and often you can add the same sum twice Often as in my case I have had the funds sitting for 5 days despite coming directly from my account.A good bank ie Starling the funds move instantly Pay pal there is an old style cheque is in the post syndrome making day to day transactions unreliable its almost as if Pay pal are sitting on the money for their own interest and charging the customer Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
