Poor service

Due to internal errors they blocked my account- would not tell me what the issue was but they said my account Carried risk. Despite disputing they wouldn’t listen to me at all. I had to get the financial ombudsmen involved and lo and behold my account was reinstated and they apologised. I no longer trust pay pal and they treated me (a customer of 15 years) like garbage Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
