Great company till you need to contact them

I once had to contact customer service which was really difficult to try and find contact details. I alerted them about fraudulent activity on my account, I never heard back from them. I see the ticket was closed saying in my favour, don't ever remember getting funds back. Now no one wants to talk to me Reviewed on: 6th May 2026
