Disappointing Customer Service and Complaint Handling

I recently had a very frustrating experience with PayPal regarding a dispute/complaint on my account. Communication felt slow and impersonal, and despite providing information, I didn’t feel properly listened to during the process. The final response seemed more focused on policy than fairness or customer experience, which left me disappointed as a long-time user. I understand companies have procedures to follow, but clearer communication and more consideration for customers would make a big difference.
