Disgraceful Racketeering

AI "Customer Service" which is disgraceful and does not understand any conversation that isn't a direct question leaving it useless. Complaints process limited to only a couple of hundred words, not enough to even make a detailed complaint forcing customers to go to the financial ombudsman. Doesn't let you make payments when needed, forcing user's into late payment fees which are unconstestable. Doesn't inform you when a payment is going to be taken, leading to direct debit bounce fees, and late payment fees. How this company has a license to dispense credit it beyond me. A kangaroo court.
