Paypal Credit Customer Service Advisors are excellent

Paypal credit customer services are good and I've always been able to get through to a real person to sort out any problems but one suggested improvement on the Paypal automated customer service telephone system would be to give customers an option to speak to a real person advisor immediately and skip the automated questions the computer agent asks, if it's urgent or not a simple problem.
