Caused me debt

I ended up in debt because of the way they allocate payments. When they offer interest free payments, those ending soonest should be paid off first. If a statement hasn’t been generated even though the transaction is sat on the account they don’t allocate it that way. Caused absolute mayhem when I used them for a few purchases while renovating my home. I had to take a loan eventually to clear it because the interest trees were all over the place with payments due to their allocation.
