I have 2 bank accounts one English and one French so...

I have 2 bank accounts one English and one French so 2 cards registered with PayPal. When I use Pay in 3 in € with my French card you convert the amount in £ and charge me more and your customer service tells me is my bank which is not true. Would you please explain ?
