When it works it works

Never had issues until.this year when I thought I had teh DD setup but that wasn't the case. Tuis caused a delayed payment and a £12 fee, something that I've never done. After contacting the call centre, we've done this by phone, verbally authorising it which is pretty shocking considering it's 2026 Reviewed on: 10th May 2026
