Good overall, but disputes could improve

I’ve had a generally good experience with PayPal Credit. Payments are easy to manage and the platform is simple to use. It’s been reliable for online purchases and gives extra peace of mind when buying from new sellers. The main area that could improve is how disputes are handled. As an intermediary, the process can sometimes feel slow and not always as clear or supportive as expected. Apart from that, my experience has been positive overall. Reviewed on: 10th May 2026
