Paypal enable fraudulent activity

Paypal support fraudulent activity using their platform and break the law by refusing to refund fraudulent transactions, failing to investigate fraudulent activities and they do so knowing that the Ombudsman is not likely to do anything that will hurt them even if someone goes through the process which they probably won't and that you will end up having to pay for the fraud or they will flag your credit profile. Paypal are a disgrace but hardly alone and it seems like all banks get away with making it difficult to cancel subscriptions or payments they are more than willing to facilitate for online pop-ups no matter how shady. 0/10 PayPal - you are pathetic.
