PayPal Credit - My Experience So Far

When I applied for PayPal Credit the online process was very well presented & easy to understand. This enabled me to complete my application smoothly & stress free. I also had my approval from PayPal super quickly - It literally only felt like a few seconds! I’ve used the online bot for messaging about my account & got my questions answered quickly & efficiently, which surprised me. Yesterday (11/05/2026), I had telephone contact with a human - shocked to get one, but impressed I did. I didn’t have long waiting on hold - got through in 1-2 minutes. The lady I spoke with spoke clearly, so I could understand her every word. She resolved all three of my issues really well, which instantly reduced my stress levels. Nothing was too much for her - which left me most impressed. Overall in the short time I’ve been a PayPal Credit customer I actually don’t have anything negative to say.
