Convenient but customer support needs improvement

I’ve been using PayPal Credit for a while now, and overall it’s a convenient way to spread the cost of purchases, especially with promotional interest-free periods. The application process was straightforward, and it integrates seamlessly with PayPal, which makes checkout quick and easy. However, the experience isn’t perfect. Customer service can be slow and sometimes unhelpful when dealing with issues or disputes. I’ve also noticed that the interest rates can be quite high if you miss a payment or don’t clear the balance within the promotional period. Overall, it’s a useful financial tool if managed carefully, but it’s important to stay on top of payments and be aware of the terms to avoid unexpected charges. Reviewed on: 15th May 2026
