Excellent Service and Assistance

I have been a member of PayPal for many years and have found it a very helpful tool in my online purchases and financial transactions. I have lately found the pay in three service that I have used a number of times and will continue to use into the future. I find this system easy to use, quick and effective for more expensive items, and it suits my needs. I recently had an issue with my transactions due to a banking issue (an attempted fraudulent transaction, not through PayPal) which was quickly resolved by PayPal’s customer support teams - where I was directed through the various options and to be able to get assistance from the right people at the right time without a problem. I was able to identify the issues, act on them and get directions on how to best resolve my issue for which I was very grateful. I am a disabled person and it was very important to me that the communication was easy and accurate and the advice given to me settled my mind - I was very aware of how my banking issue affected me personally but this was quickly dismissed The teams were very supportive, professional and helpful to me at all times and for me they demonstrated PayPal’s values, commitment and service in helping customers when needed in having a company strategy, policy and service that helped me when I needed it. Great Service, easy to use.

Excellent service that is easy to use. No interest applied and simple payment plan direct from your account. I have used it a number of times without issue. I would thoroughly recommend this service. Reviewed on: 15th May 2026
