Good and popular form of payment

Good and popular form of payment, although there are already other new, more customer-friendly companies. There is always room for improvement. Customer contact could be simplified. PayPal should also think of some new features like loyalty rewards to encourage customers to stay with them. Reviewed on: 17th May 2026
