Exceptional any problems contact a human being on the phone , explain situation problem dealt with promptly, any refunds , credited back to account promptly. Monthly payment amount requested or pay extra and interest decreases . I'm very pleased after the lock down nonsense my £14,000 credit limit reduced to £500 . Had no access to credit until paypal gave me access to a credit line . I want a £10,000 limit and paypal will get me there , I believe. I feel safe using PayPal for my online purchases , with suppliers I use here in u k. And China . No security breaches so far . Reviewed on: 19th May 2026
