Paypal user since dial up modem was fashionable :)

I have used Paypal since before it linked with Ebay and will keep using it. The security of the platform is the best and I love the Pay in 3 and virtual card (click to pay) features. It has had the best customer support and report resolution since dial up modems were popular. The MFA is superb, though how some businesses have linked their services, sometimes this causes the biometric data not to be picked up, this is not down to PayPal itself. Keep up the fantasitc work. Loyal PayPal customer for many years.

I have used PayPal for many years and the service keeps improving year on year! I would like to see more high street stores accepting this as a valid payment method, as it has MFA and buyer protection. I have transferred payments to friends for concert tickets and used the Pay in 3 service many times. Well done PayPal. Keep up the fantastic work :) Reviewed on: 19th May 2026
