Vanquis has now decided that they are going to use biometrics to identify people to use their app. I have contacted and complained that there should be an alternative but the complaint was dismissed and I was told that this is their policy moving forward. I will now cancel my account because of this and will not use any other company that tries to impose this. Reviewed on: 19th May 2026
