I reported a fraudulent transaction on my account an...

I reported a fraudulent transaction on my account and my card was stop which was great. However i can’t remember my memorable password so I was not able to get another card sent out which is understandable but I got a new phone and app doesnt work because i no longer have a card number and i can no longer make higher payments. I can only make payments through a text that i get every month which is the minimum payment and i cannot alter the paymemts. I’ve contacted vanquis multiple times however cant proceed because i dont know memorable password or no one responds to emails Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
