WHY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VANQUIS

I applied for a six month balance transfer in November but then discovered they had applied interest to my balance I contacted Customer Services a number of times when eventually the lady could see what I applied for and that was not what was being applied to my balance. Eventuality I received an email to say the matter was being looked into. Eight weeks have passed? And still I have heard nothing. I have called a number of times only to be told they will look into it and get back to me. i have used Vanquis a number of times and never had a problems. But my experience this time is not good. Therefore I would not recommend Vanquis or write a good review there Customer Srrvice is appalling Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
