PayPal credit has been helpful to me and the customer service is easily accessible. I once had a situation where I was charged £12 or a little above that due to late payment, I called and explained I didn’t know there wasn’t enough money in the linked bank account and that when I got the email, I paid for it immediately. The customer service provider was very kind and I was refunded the money back because I have not faulted my payment before and he was so understanding. So I rate PayPal credit very highly as it is very reliable and customer service is 100%. Reviewed on: 25th May 2026
