I have never had an issue that they could not sort out.

I have never had an issue that they did not sort out. Whether a payment issue or faulty/scammed goods. I accidentally missed a payment a couple of years ago while planning our wedding and did not notice, I rang the helpline and explained and only paid the overdue amount - the interest/charges/fees were waived as it was a genuine mistake.
