I've had a poor experiences with you..

I've had some good experiences with PAYPAL. But sadly the return of the damaged SACTO Jacket you we're doing a Refund for me, you didn't ever ring me back to get my refund for the Courier damaged Jacket I received. I wasn't sure how to set up the Camera photo's of damaged Jacket but you said your PAYPAL ADVISER would help me as I was unsure how to do it. You've not got back to me. You've forgotten you said you'd ring me back and talk me through what to do to get my refund. Still not heard a word from you about this and you've got photo's of the Courier damaged Jacket they delivered torn. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
