Idiotic Customer Service journey

I had an issue with PayPal pay in 3 not working for 2 weeks, I had multiple customer service given different options to why it doesn't work from blaming my bank which was unfounded saying it doesn't work with credit cards when Wise is Debt based. Typing my card details wrong which wasn't correct. Having to wait 50 hours for the card details to activate which didn't work and then finally had a individual call me and despite explaining all the previous attempts still did the same steps and say that should fix it and it was the most idiotic phone call I ever had. In the end I didn't use PayPal pay in 3 at all. Reviewed on: 8th June 2026
