Confusing emais, else a good helpful service

I used Pay in 3 for the first time recently and the overall experience was actually really good and straightforward. However, I ran into a frustrating issue with the confirmation emails. I received 2 or 3 separate emails telling me that I had completed all of my payments, but when I logged into my account to double-check, the status was still showing as pending. It's a great and useful service, but getting completion emails while the system still says pending is pretty confusing and needs to be fixed. Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
