PayPal is a quick and useful service when I’m in a rush and need to make a secure purchase, however the lack of person to person customer service brings the service overall down, making it more supportable with person to person interactions without needing to go through ai chat bots or email for assistance would be more efficient in responding to queries Reviewed on: 9th June 2026
