Easy to Use, Secure, and Neurodivergent-Friendly

5
I’ve been using PayPal for several years for both personal purchases and online payments, and overall my experience has been very positive. The platform is straightforward to use, and I appreciate how quickly I can send or receive money without having to share my bank details directly with sellers. As someone who is neurodivergent and dyslexic, I find PayPal particularly user-friendly. The layout is clear, transactions are easy to follow, and the app is generally simple to navigate without feeling overwhelming. The payment process is straightforward, which helps reduce confusion and makes managing money online much easier. One of the biggest benefits is the added layer of security when shopping online. The buyer protection feature gives me more confidence when purchasing from unfamiliar websites. The mobile app is also convenient and allows me to check transactions, send payments, and manage my account with minimal effort. There are a few drawbacks. Some transactions can take longer than expected to process, and customer support can sometimes be difficult to reach. International payment fees can also be higher than anticipated. Overall, PayPal has been a reliable and accessible payment service for me. Its simple design, ease of use, and security features make it a great option, especially for people who value a clear and uncomplicated user experience. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
