Quick and easy if not a little flawed

They provide a streamlined and easy method to pay for things online and now in real life with their new credit card. They offer buyer and seller protection through the goods and services option when sending money to another PayPal user and 9/10 I have never had issues using their services. Customer service is usually brilliant, the only issues I would say they need to improve on is recovering funds from a scam. When I lost a small amount to a scammer, PayPal were limited but their own practices and policies with how much they could help. In the end they gave me credit for the amount lost but it meant the scammer got away with my money and was still able to use their PayPal account.
