Easy to pay, awkward to pay off

I value having the credit facility, which is available through most online outlets who accept Paypal. It's easy and convenient to pay online. The difficulties ai have is that you cannot allocate payments when paying off the credit. This is very frustrating, particularly when you're trying to keep on top of particular transactions, whether thats the "zero 0% interest when paid off in x-months" or a transaction where you've e.g. paid for tickets for friends and you pay off as they pay you. I also dislike how you cant see transactions easily on the app, you need to download statements, with "balances brought forward", along with the inability to allocate payments it becomes almost impossible to know what has been paid of and whats outstanding Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
