PayPal the safest purchasing service...

I have used PayPal since it first came on the market as it was the easiest way, if not the only way to pay for items bought on eBay. PayPal has an excellent customer help and advice service. I have used this service on a number of occasions when having issues with sellers on eBay. PayPal has always provided fair arbitration. The telephone service is great, providing advice from people who how their job. If at all possible I pay using PayPal because I know that if there is ever an issue with the goods or service I have purchased, PayPal have a robust system for sorting issues out.
