PayPal credit does have brilliant options if in a pinch, with PayPal pay in 3, interest free periods, and standard credit. Also they provide regular assessments on credit limits which is a plus. With interest rates, I do find them to be on the moderate/high side, especially when using the standard credit for larger purchases. Also, it's unfortunate that they don't allow credit transfers from other credit cards, I did want to consolidate my PayPal credit balance to another credit provider but was unable to do so. Overall, they're a good provider, reasonable experience, and the app layout is standard and easy to use, best use is if for short term purchases of which you'd know you'll pay off quickly rather than minimum payments each month.
