Very good customer service, but app needs improvement

The app is easy to use albeit very laggy especially during transfers taking a day or two, to actually register as pending. The customer service is very responsive, unanimously taking my side after providing heaps of evidence to back my claims, and returning the money from the bad sellers back to me, always in good time. Good approval of credit increases and pay in 3 choices, and giving plenty of notice for upcoming payments. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026
