Good Service, but could you?

I haven't had any contact with Customer Service but the service as a whole has worked well for me and the communication with regards to credit limits etc has been provided in a timely manner. It's not a limitation but something that I have considered, would/could Paypal be able to communicate advice around minimum payments and current interest on a persons account, so look to provide guidance of increasing if the minimum payment is only covering interest added?
