Very handy to pay in 3 installments with 0% interest.

very handy to pay in 3 installments with 0% interest. But occasionally get confusing messages about being overdue or account had outstanding balance. Not sure if this is genuine or spam How can I have outstanding balance since it;s either paid via bank account/credit card or paying in instalments. Reviewed on: 12th June 2026
