I would like to thank PayPal for their excellent customer service. Last week, I noticed a £54 subscription renewal from a third party that I had not authorised. After contacting PayPal, their support team was understanding, professional, and quick to help. Thanks to their assistance, my case was resolved and I received a full refund. I have also found PayPal’s Pay in 3 service very helpful and convenient for managing purchases.
